As the name suggests, the villa support many cantilevered terraces that defines it's shape. A grey material pallete includes grey limestone , charcoal grey aluminium fittings and a granite driveway. The tapering canopy over the porte cochere is supported by a magnificent "V" column design, finished with grey limestone, a unique material choice. The wooden soffits and a leaf-like pattern of the screens, soften the edgy design which will stand out from its neighbouring counterparts.
