Private Mansion

JUMEIRAH BAY ISLAND • DUBAI, UAE

This 5 bedroom mansion was designed to be a holiday home for a family of 9. The brief: the home should be a cozy yet luxurious beach side retreat, that considers the needs of the occupants - very young children, young adults and parents. The design was formulated to incorporate the tastes and requirements of each family member, while maintaining a high level of detail of luxury. The intention was to renovate spaces and to accommodate the client’s requirements – being functional yet to stand out aesthetically.
