The site of the development is located within the breathtaking mountains in Uttarakhand, approximately 65 km from Okhal Kanta. The site is elevated on a steep sloping hillside overlooking the Himalayan Mountains. The winding road approach creates a sense of journey and destination, a tranquil place away from city life. The retreat design incorporates 10 dwellings that are constructed of glued laminated timber. The pitched roofs are explored with double height living rooms that maximise the amazing mountain views beyond.
